Sculpture in bronze paying homage to the exiled. It is the only monument dedicated to those exiled to France. It represents a man and his 6-year old daughter, who lost a leg in the bombing of the Francoist troops at Montsó in November 1937. It is addressed to Prats de Molló, where they arrived after an odyssey, together with tens of thousands of exiles. Their painful journey was immortalized with the photo taken by a foreign journalist, and was converted into a symbol of exile and the motivation for the monument at La Vajol.
