The Romanesque church dedicated to Saint Cecilia with three apses and three naves is first mentioned in 1115 when Ricard de Terrades gave the properties he had in the parish to Dalmau de Montmarí. It was totally destroyed at the end of the Spanish Civil War in February 1939. The present church was built in 1954.
