>MTB Trail 11: The Navata mountain range

Min. altitude: 113 metres, max.: 152 metres.

Accum. upward slope: 75 metres

Degree of difficulty:  Easy. Finishes at starting point (circular): Yes.

This trail runs through the municipality of Navata from east to west. It allows us to contemplate the town of Navata from different perspectives, always crowning the Pre-Pyrenees and Canigó mountain ranges. We pass by the most emblematic historical buildings of the municipality: the Romanesque chapel of Can Miró (12th c.) and the Navata castle (12th -15th c.).

    **** RUTA BTT 11 REVISADA **** Us informem que el dia 3 d'octubre de 2011 s'ha revisat la senyalització i el traçat de la ruta 11.

    Ruta molt maca i agradable pels voltants de Navata. Només un petit comentari: quan la vam fer a mitjans de juliol vàrem constatar que la part final del bosc, abans de creuar el riu, estava amb les herbes molt crescudes. Un cop passat el riu el camí que anava de la granja a la següent masia també estava bastant malament (amb herbes i matolls molt crescuts). L'home de la granja ens va dir molt amablement que l'Ajuntament encara no ho havia netejat, així que suposo que a hores d'ara deu estar tot perfecte. Salutacions.
